SBN was founded in the transformative period following the 2012 London Olympic Games, when East London — and Stratford in particular — became one of the fastest growing business districts in the UK. With new infrastructure, the rise of Westfield Stratford City, and an influx of entrepreneurs, startups, and global brands, the demand for flexible, affordable business presence solutions surged.
Our founder recognised a critical gap: Businesses needed professional addresses, mail handling, and workspace — without the high cost of traditional office leases. SBN was created to solve that problem.
